Some years ago, when we bought a house in Austin, TX, we simply called the first agent listed on Zillow. Later, we had to enlist the help of a realtor friend to help close the deal - embarrassing. So, when we decided to sell our house in Cartersville, GA, we made a point to really do our homework when choosing a realtor. Dusty had a video on his website that really spoke to me as someone who knows what he’s doing. That said, we still went ahead and interviewed three different realtors, walking through the house with each of them. Two of the three were actually located closer to us, and one had a lot of experience selling homes in a higher price range. From the start, Dusty was a great listener. His replies were honest - not always telling me what I wanted to hear - but he consistently backed up his advice with solid data. It was clear that he would do his best for us, and that he had the resources to support it. So we went with him. As it turned out, the market was tough - just as he had said it would be. But we received an offer, and he expertly guided us through the process. At one point, there was a hiccup: we offered to give a little, asking the buyer to give a little as well, but things began to stall. Dusty came back the next day saying, “It’s handled.” I replied, “Don’t tell me what you had to do to pull that off” - but thank you! That pretty much sums up the entire experience. Having a hardworking sales professional at your side - someone who is honest, direct, and committed - is incredibly valuable. We are truly thankful for the work Dusty did to guide us through a successful deal. Highly, highly recommended.

To say that Dusty went above and beyond the anticipated role as our realtor is an understatement. We listed our home with Dusty seemingly the day the market froze, and our neighborhood was facing a mass exodus with 20 homes on the market at once. As we had already purchased our new home, we were beyond stressed and on a very tight timeline. All these outside factors made this a difficult process, but Dusty exceeded the regular duties of a realtor. He did everything in his power to get our home sold and kept us informed and reassured every step of the way. The market is tough right now, and I shudder to think how this would have gone if we had not listed with Dusty and his team. Dusty was a freaking animal! He was soooooo knowledgeable about the areas we wanted and he took time to really understand what housing situation would be best for us. It is honestly hard to put into a review how great working with Dusty and his team at C21 is. I’ve had the privilege of working with him on 2 home sales and both times have been phenomenal experiences. We navigated the breakneck pace that was the market in 2022 and this round in 2025 dealt with a much more challenging property in a market that got flooded with similar inventory right when we listed. He absolutely has your best interest in mind the entire time. I never once felt like we were making rash decisions or leaving money on the table. I don’t think I would have been so confident in this second sale if it weren’t for the faith I had that Dusty would be able to get us what we needed. His knowledge and experience have really been immense in setting up my family on solid financial footing and for that I am truly grateful.

Dusty is D-Boss of all things real estate! I can't say enough great things about how fantastic it was to work with Dusty. He was phenomenal and was there for me every step of the way whenever I needed him, and was also working on the backend for me when I didn't even know I needed him. I am so very grateful to Dusty and his team, and I was very fortunate to be linked up with them. This was a truly exceptional experience once all was said and done, even though we had to navigate a couple of speed bumps along the way, but of course no transaction of this magnitude is going to be without a hurdle or two. And those hurdles were handled very well with zero lingering negative effects. Some impressive standouts: I would let Dusty know I was interested in a home I literally just saw on Zillow and he'd have us in there on foot the very next day. I could email or text Dusty with any questions on concerns, big or small, and I'd receive an answer almost immediately. I am a first time home buyer and it's obviously a potentially nerve-racking process, but Dusty has a cool, calm, and collected disposition, and his knowledge and understanding of the ins and outs of the business in conjunction with the way he explains the processes on both the front end and the back end made this truly an enjoyable experience. I don't believe it would have gone anywhere close to as well as it did with any other agent. Lastly, from the day I saw the house on Zillow (day 1 it was released) to the date of final closing took an unheard of 18 days. My friends who own multiple houses were shocked.
